At fourteen I left home alone to study English in New Zealand. I went on to study nutrition at university, then nursing — and, during my studies, a traffic accident shook my body and mind enough that I found yoga on the other side of it.
From that came a quieter intention: to support people before illness, before medication, before the mind reaches its edge. I now work with clients across Japan and abroad from Kyoto and Osaka.
After the three-month program, the chronic tiredness I had carried for more than ten years finally began to lift. She listened carefully and set a pace I could actually keep. Mornings are something to look forward to now.
